Yep, It's like how people assume NTS can't be romantic, which annoys me.
It's devs who write all that porn trope shit in their games, but players don't even bother trying to understand sharing or NTS.

I know there is a NTR scene involving the sister.... I think there is a sharing scene later in the game but I don't remember exactly, it's been forever since I played it. Sadly don't think there is either with the girl at the School, the daughter of the other vampire... unless there is and I don't know

I kind of hate how MC"s either have a small dick , or are a weakling. Or the fact alot of MC's are super into the fetish right away without talking it over much or easing into it slowly.
1st part just simply change the MC and how he acts. 2nd part make the MC have actual conversations about it with his wife or girlfriend more often than one time. Tho I do understand why the 2nd part isn't done very much as dev's are solo usually. So they want to speed the process up for the sake of not taking to long to get to the good parts.
I agree , for me i hate the games where from the start the MC is having this fetish and its the only thing that he thinks about , and as everyone knows i enjoy sharing more if its the main thing and to be Honest this way is better i mean most of the games now that focus on Sharing is like you said the mc having small/not working dick or he's pushover or he's just forcing his wife into this world and the entire game is just scene to scene about the wife progress into cuckold and sharing , its really boring because MC feels just like Spector than anything else , unlike games like delievernce , you had choices to fuck other girls and on going story and hot wife who you could share and by YOUR choices it can be a hot sharing experience
I will answer only about netorase since I dislike and avoid netorare. What I hate is that most of these games are cuckolding(humiliation and emasculation etc). Another thing about implementation is that just as a game develops into having a suitable NTS/sharing/swinging path available, you get one or two interesting scenarios, then the dev either ends the game, after hours of gameplay getting to that point through several twists and turns of having to avoid NTR, just to either close the path, or end the game. Or, in one or two that I have played that continue on, it becomes rinse and repeat with the exact same scenario ad nauseum, like the dev ran out of ideas.

I'm entirely with you. When the MC is set up that way, mentally, emotionally, physically or all three, I'm immediately out. That is not what I'm here for and its not sexy at all to me.
And to the second part YES, so much yes. For it to be sexy and arousing in this type of situation, for me the MC needs to gradually come around to the idea over time. Or else some sudden, life changing catalyst that sparks a quick move into sharing for both of them. But when games or stories have the MC being the one who's pushing her into having sex with other men, especially when he's not getting it on with any other women himself, its just weak and pathetic.

So I'm in this free AI that generates images, and I put this prompt: "Beautiful cute girl, long black hair, sitting down, she as a shy expression, (A MAN stand at her side petting her head)" Simple, right? The parentheses say the site forces the AI to focus on that, okay? Well, not this time, the AI created the girl with her own hands on her head, no sign of a man.
So I tried to reinforce: "Beautiful...(A MAN stand at her side petting her head), (Who is petting her head is A MAN)"
Well, now she'll know, right? Of course not the same result as before, my patience starts to run out so I write:
"Beautiful...(A MAN stand at her side petting her head), (Who is petting her head is A MAN) (Who is petting her head is not her BUT A MAN),THERES A MAN PETTING HER HEAD A MAN.
She repeats the same result as before the woman with her own hands on her head, guys at this point my patience no longer exists and I write:
