yeah I know, but I like a lot how it unrolls. I'm so tired of that 'confession' thing, it's such a lazy approach. Here in this game finally someone approached it creatively and in a hot way
Unfortunately Sad Pepper was going through a hard time as he was writing Exploring the Big Apple and coming under a lot of pressure from trolls. He tried to get through it but has since withdrawn from the hobby. Personally I loved his stuff and he helped me a lot when I started out (almost 12 months ago now) so I miss his contributions. His earlier contributions including Pineapple Express and Lost in Paradise were good.Okay I'm playing it and I'm liking it so far. It seems it's one of a rare kind of sharing games where sharing happens naturally, without a 'big and painful' confession from the husband. The situation unrolls in such a way that the wife herself becomes more and more aroused by the idea if the husband is going along. Given that the review says there's a pure love route, I surmise if you choose the options where the husband asks her to be more prude you'll get that. But it is no fun
It's a slow burn game but already at early stages it is very steamy. The 'bull' is not mean to the husband and does not seem to have a 'plan' to corrupt her, it seems that he does it just instinctively, being a lonely horny man he is. Like I said, everything seems to be happening 'naturally', without ill will from any participants

Shame! What did they attack tho? Like, the game is good visually, with C&C and writing. Damn, finally someone decided to add a bit of creativity to this genre abandoned by the muses and Apollo - and he got such a treatment from the community!

I think it was a mixture of anti-ntr trolls and conversely ntr fans who felt he was going soft. He certainly moved more toward sharing as his work developed, which I liked and encouraged, but it wasn't universally popular,

This is the best scenario, imho. If all authors did this, we'd likely have both greater diverstity, better overall quality and likely more games that each player could enjoy. I'd risk the paradox that every attempt to "add suggestions" to an author's vision of their story risks creating LESS diversity, because a majority of suggestions draw on previous player experiences, so, if anything, an author that's tempted by those suggestions will be bringing their game closer to a conformed pattern, rather than their own idea. Even those that seem like good suggestions. Some are probably commercially sound, and success is a good thing. But missed opportunities are hard to track and could outweigh true success stories.

Not really, it's just his attitude and the way he comes on to the wife. I wasn't fond of it and didn't feel comfortable with him. Just a me thing.

I didn't get far yet, maybe you are right. I stopped at the husband's perspective of day 3
nah I was fine with him, always felt like he got unfairly criticized for being follically challenged

but the choice is on the husband to allow the wife or not to go along with that
what's important is his attitude to the husband - if he treats him respectfully or as a loser who deserves to be cucked

i guess the focus of the story is the gradual introduction into the lifestyle; what happens after is covered in other stories, such as Life in Windvale, where we see the wife getting fucked already at the first minutes of the game
I tried Sword Online the other day (it's an NTR story) and it was very disappointing - you start the game when the gf already cheated on the MC (he doesn't know it but we do) - and it felt very dull as the main intrigue was killed right off the bat
Yeah, the way that Live in Winvale starts at the very end and works backwards isn't sexy or satisfying to me. I like the game overall, but that aspect isn't my choice. Ideally, I want the story/game to start shortly before anything happens. Introduce the couple, let us see who they are, and what their relationship is like (ideally good/healthy). And then, after that, have them experience some sort of life changing event that gets the ball gradually rolling on opening things up. But certainly don't end there either! If all you get is the introduction without the meat and potatoes of the story, that's no good either. The best ones will keep you guessing and hoping and eager for what's next.
