Recommending Western Sharing Games List

more than 50% of game in ntr/nts becoming phone-Text based shit!
and i don't get it why people encourage Devs too continue making these craps.
just make Novel with few Ai picture middle of it, why calling it game

I tried a few of them and they all are quite boring.
One thing I dislike is that everything off-phone is skipped. Like, your MC allegedly goes to parties and even has sex, but it's all always described post factum. This part annoys me the most. If you do phone game, at least create situations that would justify the MC being always on the phone.

playing I love your wife. It's really good. The writing, the teasing is, I think, the best. Also visuals, animations are top notch, Moonripple's level. It became my fave game in the genre, together with Moonripple and Life in Windvale.

I brought that game up before, but got scolded, lol. The naughty writing is excellent.

It feels very natural too. Like how really horny couples talk to each other. I usually get bored by long dialogues but not in this game.

It's popular because there are so few renders (all those missed events are by design) and I agree with ForeverLosing that they most likely use AI to generate dialog. BIG gap between games where they tell an interesting story and replace DAZ with AI then clean up images in post-production (like Moonripple, My New Girlfriend, etc) versus those that do the bare minimum (if that).

its obvious these phone-lasy-text mobile based game become popular among Devs, i wonder why they usually have high rating! and if you go to their topic and say something bad about these game, lots people gonna attack you! and mostly with same phrase "make one yourself and don't play it"

I ended up giving it a shot myself. I like it but I'm not big on the kinetic aspect. While I don't fully insert ( ) myself into VNs I still like the feeling that I'm steering things. Also, the MC is named "Fade" which I find somewhat difficult not to laugh at. There's that other AI game with a character named "Terrace", so I don't know what's up with these AI art devs and weird names.

Speaking of AI I tried "My Girlfriend's New Kink" and didn't get that far. I find reusing popular characters very distracting.
So far it has Shego from Kim Possible; Momo from Dandadan; and Yoruichi from Bleach (I didn't get that far but she is in the OP).

ILYW does lean to the anime side, but I think many would agree, it's a pretty solid sharing/swinging VN, just missing the "western" look to fit in on this list.
It maybe could be ok enough for the slop yard, similar to Confessions in the Dark, or Ours to Share, which is in the slop yard...
But this ain't a democracy and Johnny rules with an iron fist...

haha I think I have a more lenient definition when I consider a game western or not. Cause for me the look of the characters doesn't matter if I consider it Western or not but rather how everything else looks , how it plays and feels. At least in my head that's how I see things cause if I would make an sharing game with AI or whatever I would probably go for an anime look for the character's appearance but not the world unless I wanted to do an Iseaki / fantasy world lol.

No idea about the game in question but it's Johnny's list so he has the final say anyways I don't really ever recommend games anyhow just maybe talk about them I never really consider if a game is western or not when I do.

I mean I think writing is what matters ultimately. I Love Your Wife is definitely western in its writing and vibe. It is also apparently set somewhere in the US

Agreed it doesn't really have any of the common anime tropes. Even the style, while anime inspired, is borderline.

Can't say I entirely agree. It's the art that sets the tone and ILYW is influenced heavily by eastern rather than western styles. It reminds me of when Jim Lee burst into the comic book scene, hugely popular with many, but personally I hated his style which to me was heavily influenced by anime/manga. Lee and his followers ruined Marvel comics for me for many years. I look at ILYW and I see that similar style, a melange of western and eastern, as with much of the AI art, and it just doesn't appeal. Part of what I dislike is the extremes, characters are caricatures, both in terms of art and writing. Either too beautiful or too ugly, no happy medium. So personally I would prefer it if Johnny left that sort of stuff to other threads, but it's his list so I'll await his decision and abide with it whichever way he rolls.

Johnny is trying to keep this "western".
There are certainly a few iffy on the list that push the boundary, maybe tiptoe over.
I do agree with Johnny that ILYW and CITD that I mentioned lean to the "anime" or non-western side.
