I have the exact same feelings as you did. The women in the game didn't even strike me as having particularly large breasts. Just regular ones. But, we all like what we like. I've certainly put down or avoided plenty of games on this site, and in particular in this kind of category, because the women were just too flat chested and skinny bodied for me to be attracted to them. I used URM to get the scene, it was ok. But some of the animations were way off. It really needs to be fixed.

The game does look asian, not western, and as it is more common in asian games, the LIs look a bit on the younger side. As in, get in an FBI list younger side. Thus the mention of pdf, and "non-western"
This is a thread for Western games, as has been widely discussed, but what you linked was very definitely not a Western game, hence the reaction. If you want to discuss games like that there are plenty of other threads out there.
