one of my least favorite tropes hands down.....

buuuuuuutt it certainly fits the criteria of western art. If dev decides to un-abandon it ill add it to list.

I don't know if it's early dementia, but what's the difference between NTR and NTS again?

The main difference is in the protagonists, in how they feel about their LI being with others.
NTR (netorare) protagonists hate it, NTS (Netorase) ones don't mind it or even like it, they're opposites (same as the fans often are). Once you understand that there's little confusion left.

All of NTR / NTS / NTI are protagonist-focused where you're shown their perspective, often their inner thoughts, and ideally share their preferences.

NTR includes Netorare, Netori, and Netorase. Why use one abbreviation for three different things?
When someone writes NTR, how are you supposed to know which form they mean?

Maybe F95 shares some of the blame for that by having allowed the netorare (NTR) tag to also be used for NTS (netorase) and NTI (netori) content for years on end.

I wish the games would agree on clear Western terms (chuckolding, sharing, cheating, etc.) instead of Japanese ones.

I'd rather people stop trying to use an english word as an equivalent for netorare/netorase/netori etc since it doesn't exist and only leads to more confusion. Cheating, swinging, sharing, rape etc describe actions/events. NTR/NTS/NTI describe a type of porn that involves a lot more than just those events, it's more specific and would take a couple of sentences to otherwise define. What's the english word for schadenfreude? What's the italian equivalent for ASMR?

cheating != NTR, swinging != NTS etc. You can have NTS where the LI is cheating, or even being raped - if the protag is into it or even orchestrated it it's still NTS, those events aren't exclusive to NTR. You can have swinging porn without it being NTS too if it's not focused on a swinging protagonist etc. You can enjoy swinger or hotwife porn yet be revolted by the perspective and inner thoughts of a protagonist who willingly shares his wife like that - so you'd avoid NTS.

Another big plus here is that the MC can actually branch out and hook up with other women. He’s basically calling the shots on who his wife is or isn't seeing. The whole thing is honestly nice if you can just look past the BBC stuff. give it a shot, dude

It’s not your typical cliché at all. The MC isn't some total loser..he gets with daughter's best friend, who’s this incredibly hot 18-year-old, and it just goes from there.

I'll give it a whirl but it would definitely be the first game focused on bbc fetish stuff which avoids the ancillary cliches

I haven't played that yet. I tend to keep this list almost entirely male protag games as that's my own preference. Once in a blue moon I'll add something with a fem protag, but only when it has a particularly heavy focus on a primary couples relationship. (like sorority temptations or cure for madness)
