Depends what you mean by quality. In terms of how naughty and dirty the images are — yes, when the story gets going, the scenes will get hotter. We in the fan art thread aren't constrained by the need to tell a story. Can just post a threesome right away.
In terms of details, smoothness, resolution: the dev, LeStag, generates his images on the same site I do — Civitai.com. Unlike many fan art posters, who do it locally, using clients like ComfyUI, which allow for additional tools and control over generation. Like regional prompting, for instance: it's very difficult for LeStag to, for example, generate Laura and Tara together, because AI will most likely mix their features. With regional prompting you can just tell it that Laura prompts should only apply to one specific area of the image, and Tara prompts — to the another one. Plus, LeStag uses Pony checkpoint for generation. Which gives his images their characteristic style but unfortunately is really bad at some things. Like hands. It very often draws the wrong number of fingers. If we don't care about copying his style 1 to 1, we can just use one of Illustrious checkpoints, which are better at it.
