Tired of "fake NTR" games where the only way to access that content or path is to have the player deliberately play against the MC by picking the obvious dumb dialog choices that will antagonize his LI, or even worse: by additionally playing as the LI herself and forcing her cheating decisions for her.
Looking for non-anime games where NTR is unavoidable or very hard to avoid by default (ex: Blacked House ) or where it becomes unavoidable or very hard to avoid as soon as you've toggled on NTR content or opted into an NTR path near the start of the game (ex: Paradise City early in the game once you've opted out of the NTS path by acting protective of your wife and opted out of the harem path by acting loyal towards her you get set on the unavoidable NTR path).
2D or 3DCG as long as it's not anime in style. If you want anime-style true ntr you can find plenty here already.
