If it's not a relationship patch of something of that sort, a mod won't work if the game has new content. (You won't see the new content thanks to it, in most cases.)

Well, way I see it, there is 4 I can see that I am still waiting for him to update, this, Letter to My Dream, A Life Worth Living, and Nephilim, so right now if he pulled it off again, he'll be caught up again.
