It's a sandbox, so that is hard to say exactly, but it will last you a decent while.

If you read everything than few days. Last update I played about 10 hours (Im slow reader)
But in first place this game is pure pleasure. And story and art are really wounderful.

18 months, and yes, someone has reported it. I and Leafless Twig have raised concerns about it.

Btw what excaclty is the criter to decide a game is abondened. I've seen games with abondened tag after like 4 months of no update.
