Well, in Eastern Europe it is not quite usual for someone to learn Spanish. At least not as a first language. Usually the first is English, the second is German, French or, until recently, Russian. Personally, I would count about 10 people I know who are learning Spanish. And I live fucking close to Poland.
I'm not saying it's not possible, it's just not common.

Depends if it gets delayed and by how much. I can't see them working on the game over Christmas with their kids. They suggest that they haven't had a normal Christmas with their kids because of working on this game but it honestly just sounds like a pity ploy, I doubt they worked much on this game over Christmas the last 2 years.

It's a standard renpy game so saves are automatically transferred when you install the new version (assuming you didn't format your PC)

I live (near) Barcelona, maybe I mentioned that and he mixed information? I don't know, maybe I didn't. I did share a picture of a (small-ish) tornado off the coast of Barcelona, but I'm not sure if that was in this thread or another one.

Basically it's complicated but at the same time crystal clear.

If I understand it right, by F95 standards the game is "Abandoned". To be marked as abandoned 1 of 3 things must happen.
1) the Dev says they are abandoning the project.
2) a certain amount of time of the Dev being complete radio silent must pass. I think it's 6 months.
3) a certain amount of time must pass of no meaningful updates. I think that is about 18 months.

It has been over 18 months since the last meaningful update, so it gets the mark. That said the Devs are still working on the game (though at a very slow pace). I've seen people mention of 0.7 having a predicted release date of end of Nov (assuming no delays) but I don't know if that's a confirmed fact. If you visit their Patreon and go to their "About" page you can see a progress chart.
