This was a bug in the initial 0.5.0 release: The 0.5.01 patch should have fixed it so you can get it. Try downloading the latest version from the OP.

Dont want to derail but had similar convos with an ex

It's not really about looking good for you, it's about giving them the self-confidence to put their best foot forward.

Just telling them they look fine w/o makeup won't ever lead to a "thanks im cured" situation

Nah, I know that. And for the record, when I'm trying to brainwash them in to wearing no makeup because i prefer it, I don't say you look fine. I subtly change my facial expressions, body language and the amount of physical contact i give them. That way I layer that shit in, on the unconscious level.

Plus most guys have no idea what women actually look like with a nude face. So they say "I prefer women without makeup actually" and then when they actually meet a girl nude they go "why is she so ugly"

All depends IMO. Im a dude, obv never wore makeup in my life. Unless you have a skin condition washing and moisturizing your face daily goes a very very long way. Throw in exfoliation 1-2 times a week and your skin will look pretty damn good without any extras.
