Ren'Py - What a Legend! [v0.7.05] [MagicNuts]

Funny game with cool arts and scenes. The main plot is entertaining to watch from the early beginning. I haven't finished the game yet but I think from this point I am it's actually very cool. The dialogues: funny. Everything seems to be unique, from the characters to the whole storyline. The main problem of the game is that the gameplay itself is incredibly repetitive which honestly makes you become tired of it. Every single time the character finds a "problem", he has to think three times (that means that he'll do two failing tasks and the last one will be the one that succeed) being that particular point an incredible minus for the game overall. It is compared with another particular game because of his humorous style, but for me it's not that close to it. The gameplay just doesn't made it for me, I can go thru just to finish the story and enjoy some of the animations, the rest is just fine as I said, his weakest point is the players interactions, which looks to be a infinite non-alterable formula of doing the same over and over again with not that huge reward for it. Average game.

I can't say it is the hottest game I've ever played, but definitely one of the coolest. The art style is so cool. The game menus, map and all look polished as an AA title. There is a goofy and humorous tone overall. It definitely deserves praise.

Art is excellent. Chars are beautiful. The point and click is not a chore. Quests and puzzles are not so difficult. Intercourse dialogue is superb, making the scenes real sexy and naughty. Perfect BGM that arouse imagination. Real nice "nukige" genre with little effort. Great playability on tab. Art is already lively but it can be livelier. Like animated char while doing normal dialogue may burden the devs, yet blinking eyes and temporal opening mouth while doing dialogue is enough. Would be perfect game with lewd back sounds like repeating moans that unique to every char, little wet but not so squishy sounds while intercourse, and so on.

Almost everything about this game screams "quality". The art style is beautiful, the characters are full of personality and the world itself is just so beautiful. There are lots of little details all over the place.

The MC is both dumb and smart, depending on the situation. His overall goal is to just have sex with pretty much every pretty woman, but from time to time he shows he has more depth. There are a fair amount of actual funny situations and I just can't get enough of this game. It seems a lot of content is still coming, so this is a title worth your time and attention.

Very good game for a long time. Played through to the end and just thrilled. Looking forward to an update to see how it goes. And then finally sex with all the characters. Always according to the motto bend you fairy. Wish is wish.

Art and gameplay is amazing, The dumb and naive protagonist on the other hand was a major turn-off.

Normally i would be able to enjoy the good qualities of a game/VN however the MCs constant bouts of retardness kept ruining it further until i just couldn't keep playing anymore.

I forgot to leave this an official review, but I highly recommend this to anyone. Lighthearted, relatively "vanilla" in content. I played this very early beta stage, so I'm eagerly waiting for more.

Quite good. Possibly the best 2d game I have yet played. Vey wholesome, art is also quite good. Quite a lot of kinks and more to come. Good devs too. Writing is quality. My only wish would be more content so i know thta the devs are doing something right

It has just minor problems like sometimes the dialog is repetitive, and sometimes the "narrator" talks about what is happening in the images, which is unnecessary but happens just a few times. It's a great game, one of the best I've seen in a long time. I hope for updates soon.

This game is a true legend. The gameplay and dialogue is so good I would play it even if it wasn't a H game. But on top of great gameplay it also offers great art and big cast of different characters with personalities and scenes fitting them. Definitely a must watch for everyone.

When I play What a legend, it feels like I'm playing a high quality point and click adventure game akin to Monkey Island. Except this is a "mere porn game", yet it makes me forget that and enjoy stellar visuals and writing mixed with MILF boobies.

Creative and fun concepts/ideas?

Highly recommended even not for the sex scenes (even though they are fantastic), just for being a great visual novel/point and click.

Nice fairy tale themed game with really nie presentation and more leisure then heavy theme. Very positive and well behaving game (no ejaculation into eye even for treatment). Positive story. Rare but substantial updates.

My favorite porn game. Lighthearted, clever writing, gorgeous art. Every update is more impressive than the last, I play from the beginning every time there's an update. The devs are lovely folks, I am happy to support their work.

From the start, nice graphics, funny, nice game play. Always looking forward to the next update. I like that when you get to fuck the next girl, you got such a history with her, that you are looking forward to it. That in comparison to some of the games out there were you fuck a new girl every scene and not even no her name. With What a Legend, you really start to care about the personages. Not 1 cell in my brain can think of why I would like that Orc woman, but until now, you made me love every woman, so I'm looking forward to it, to be surprised again.

Amazing art, with hot and attractive women more reap'y games with artwork and dedication are awesome hopefully we get to see more because this is truly what a artwork sex adventure game is about going on a quest line while building up your characters confidence and just blowing every chicks back out like goddamn man I feel good

The art is impressive but doesn't work well in the context of a porn game, as it's very awkwardly made into an "animation". Don't expect fluidity at the level of summertime saga.

Horrible update pace at 1.2 updates or so a year. Don't expect an ending anytime soon.

It captivating. I love the side quest as well like rose story. Since it's fantasy world I'm not gonna involve logic so much like how the king bother get to all knowing maze when there was granting wish tree. could be nice with story branching like if I want to keep rose as demon. More score probably after I get to see the story outcomes.

Big part is i love 2d arts. Tho I found the facial structure of some character are just too similar, differentiated only by skin color, hair color, normal expression, and race. Could be better with little more distinction. Also during sex scene when the women insinuating she enjoy it so very much but the expression is rather weak or just normal, its kinda throw me off. It could be better with ahegao like expression cause with exaggerating talks I guess it's only fair with exaggerating facial expression as well.

The story build up to sex is great, it's something of an achievement, but each sex scene is somewhat short that will only leave you with blueball. Could be better with an extra one or two position/variety each scene. Thankfully I found one or two scene where there are quite variety. Tho if you want to keep it like 1 position per scene it could be spicier with longer spicy narrative and spicier pillow talk so maybe it's not just gonna blueballing players.

Overall great game. Under category of its art style, this definitely in my top 10.

Probably after Fleeting Iris the second best game currently under development in the whole Hentai world. Heaps and bounds above everyone else in everything, art, music, gameplay, story, character building, world building, and the list goes on and on and on, a masterpiece. Hope it's not abandoned or starts getting 1 or 2 patches a year like usually happens on Patreon games.

Game is probably worth 4 stars only because the sex scenes are very short and basic but it more than makes up for that with a very interesting story, gorgeous artwork, good music and great ambience. I love it.
