I mainly mentioned it because while there are TONS of NTR games out there as you mentioned, I'd be hard pressed to name even 1 game focusing on the opposite and while there are lots of people who are very vocal about not liking NTR, a rather significant percentage of those same people would probably like the opposite.

From a development standpoint there's not that much difference between the two so why not do both? I actually did put NTR in my mod even though I don't like NTR as a player but I found that I actually enjoy developing for it. If the game I'm working on ever gets off the ground it will in fact have both NTR and the reverse in there even though I find playtesting the NTR path annoying.

There are plenty of harem games but that's not the same thing. Those are generally set up so that you're cheating on your girl left and right and she's either completely oblivious to it or she gets pissed if she finds out and you get a game over bad ending.

Personally, I'd like to see 2 concepts someday:

1. A reverse netorase(girl loans BF out to another girl) where the girl voluntarily takes on the role of the cuck and they both enjoy the play the same way you'd find in a normal netorase. Basically, I want the girl on board with it and voluntarily engaging it rather than the guy simply cheating on her behind her back. Yeah, it is realistic, but this is porn, in other words fiction. A story in which you're allowed to live out the most unlikely of scenarios purely for "entertainment." That being said, I've yet to see an NTR story that actually has a rational explanation for why the girl cheated on the guy. The whole scenario is predicated on the girl being a complete moron, I'd sooner believe a girl would volunteer into a harem than fall for the "blackmail" in NTR.
