In Fujino's style, the male and female protagonists need to have an official relationship. Therefore, Naruto and Frieren would be a more reasonable choice.
But I'm pretty skeptical about Frieren's ability to develop the plot. The current development lines are very limited. The most likely option is to go with Stark and Fern, but I'm not really interested. Both are currently too naive to create anything thrilling and emotionally stimulating, and everyone knows what that is.

So Naruto (either the original sequel or the Boruto version) would be the best choice. I mean, the female characters and their love lines in the original story are already great. Why not take advantage of that? Especially Hinata (I'm sure you all get the idea).
