is there any application like joiplay but for pc that has built in cheat? and whats third app tu use for launching hgame?
Aside from Locale Emulator to run Japanese games, or other software to add functionalities (ex. Fullscreen), you do not really need a third party launcher. Just use Cheat Engine.
