One that comes to mind for me are those games where one character says to another female character that her hoo-haw has magically become looser due to all the sex with giant dicks she's been having. Constant penetration has nothing to do with how loose or tight a woman is. It's not like after having a kid you're stuck with throwing a hot dog down a hallway.

For a slightly less annoying one, vaginal orgasms are exceedingly rare for most women (read: most, not all.) The fact that every male MC can get every female off every time by pure penetration, it becomes almost as annoying as every "landlady" suddenly wanting to jump her 18 year old "tenant" after accidentally walking into the bathroom while he's having a shower.

Yes, I know they're sex games and are written with an idealized purpose, but damn...

To be fair, that's a thing that happens all the time in the real world. It not being true doesn't really matter. It's just a way to call someone a slut basically. Same as the more modern "roastie".

It's far more satisfying from a story and visual perspective(well, depending on the context). Even a lot of regular movies do it because it looks/feels more intense and romantic. It's just one of those silly fiction things that helps the story/visuals. Like a character being knocked out for more than a few minutes without suffering permanent brain damage or young working class people living in super expensive penthouses.

Well when you look at the "anatomy" of every MC it's not that far fetching
Something long as a ruler and thick as a beer while being fit as hell should get the job done every time considering the MC knows what he is doing.
Then again i agree it's all idealized but it makes sense when you take all of it into accounts.
But everything is for telling a story so you can immerse yourself in the fantasy world and be that character while you go through it.
And who doesn't like it when you make some women orgasm out of her damn mind while crying your name out loud.

I mean, can you imagine how boring the alternative would be? A man and a woman fuck for a while and finally the guy, and only the guy, cums. The girl goes great, you came, now we are done. That's like ending a long, brutal brawl where the main character is getting his ass kicked with "so I got tired of getting beat so I pulled out my gun and shot him".
