Put all your questions into one post.
We had a problem with people making posts advertising sites they worked for and some people would make many posts with the same comments. Because of that, we screen any post if they contain certain words that were used in those spam messages.

The one you posted seems pretty straightforward. If you don't have 3 posts under your belt you're not gonna be able to post links I'd need to know what other tips you're talking about to answer.

The only reason why a person needs 3 posts is to SHARE links in the forums.
The only reason why a person needs 5 posts is to start a PRIVATE CONVERSATION with another person who accepts private convserations.
