There are different types of games.
They aren't all porn, we have a lot of games with no sexual content at all, it's just adult.
A lot of what we have cover mature themes but have no sex involved. Some people mistake it for a porn site and get all pissy about games with low or no sexual content but that's their inability to read the big words at the top of the page.
It's simply adult content. Porn or not.

Hentai Eroge etc are a general term for Japenese adult games
On this Site you will come across the terms VN (visual Novel ) RPGM (Rpg games made with RPG maker ) that covers the vast majority of games on this site. All the games have adult content though you will find some with no porn involved but adult themes.Their are others such as text ,Rags etc some of which are good ,As you browse around the site.

I call them porn games. I guess adult games would be a more common description but I think that's too vague, adult content covers a lot of things while the games here are created specifically for the same purpose as porn.
Don't know about others, but I call them erectors from time to time.
Also sloshers, slurpers, slickers, in-n-outs, rub-a-dub-dings, greasers, stick-flickers, lip-parters, finger-dippers, rotor-boaters, baller-maulers, squeeze-joy, oiler-coilers, flip-flappers etc. My personal favourite at the moment is "Release the Kraken!", though it doesn't really time...

I call them porn games, because I think, this is the most accurate description. Many people use the euthemism adult games, but the term adult game could refer to any game available for adults only, e.g. because of violence. Hentai refers to a games of a specific art style, so I think it's inaccurate as a general term for erotic games.
