I only care about the preg-risk, so my ideal "breeding" game would give female MC some incentive to play it risky (dangerous time of the month, sabotaged birth control etc.), with actually unpredictable outcomes.

They tend to have a decent variety of partners if they get past the cookie-cutter "cats and dogs" phase. Non-porn gameplay tends to be good if a little grindy. I can't really come up with a thing the genre in general does particularly well but they tend to gravitate towards a sex-positive equal opportunity outlook which is a lot more enjoyable than the usual virgin rapemeat or brainless turboslut.

My main gripes are that sex often becomes a repetitive chore or there's little pornographic reason to progress beyond unlocking your favourite character/archetype, and that for having "breeding" in the genre name and often literally in the game title there seems to be preciously little content focused around pregnancy, motherhood or even just impregnation beyond the fact of it. Perfectly understandable to have a timeskip in a VN if you want a "married with children" arc or to have instant birth of tentacle monsters as a combat mechanic, but when the game has "breeding" in the title I expect a little more elaboration than "Congratulations! You got a blue Chickabo!" and back to the farm interface.

The genre has a solid foundation for integrating porn into mechanical progression, but I don't recall any games actually making proper use of that.

Make it difficult, depending on the rarity of the creatures you want to breed. Can be archived with stats management like sanity, fertility, compatibility etc.

Idea for a gameplay element: Risk of sex between the creatures/humans happening outside of your "planning" so you need to take care of that as a player

Sex can be made more erotic with rpg like elements, display numbers on cum amount with some numbers on the pregnancy chance raising up with every pump. The pregnancy chance correlating with the amount of sperm the creature was able to pump out together with the current fertility rate of the female. The way how pregnancy works don't need to be realistic, it is a game after all. Her pregnancy chance can correlate with the amount of orgasms she had for example which depends on the mating partner you use and how you managed them with items/food or something..

I have a big fetish for impregnation and lactation, and absolutely love games that feature the content. Its a huge plus for any adult game that I play when its included. However, almost none of the breeding games on here appeal to me for various reasons. I'm just incapable of enjoying an adult game that has a 3D perspective where you have to move the character around in the game's world like a mainstream game. It just doesn't work for me. I also have little to no interest in games that feature characters that a more monster than human, and don't find it sexy.

If someone were to create a breeding game using the Honey Select, Koikatsu or a western engine that features human male characters fucking, inseminating and breeding various human and humanoid women, it would immediately jump to the top of my list.

While there are aspects of the kink I do enjoy, actual impregnation isn't something I'm particularly interested in. That said, I have played some breeding focused games and enjoyed them. I enjoy management games, but I'm done with prostitution and sex work based games. So, the few breeding-focused games that I have enjoyed have been impregnation simply because it's management.

I think Breeding Season and similar games are kind of dull after the unlock. Fun for the visual but doesnt really hit the spot story wise and ends up being more like farming than breeding. Without attachment to the girls the game becomes impersonal and there is nothing to keep people coming back.

Slave matrix is currently the best breeding game. While it has a very basic story and the girls dont talk there is a grind and a training mechanic which creates affection for the girls. It also has tons of freedom; with genes, skill growth and overarching goals. (technically they can get pregnant but they don't enjoy it which kinda ruins it for me)

Masters of Ranna currently could surpass Slave matrix and has the most potential as it is kind of like a better version of adam and gaia, but the breeding content isn't really full yet. (Strive for power is really just a better version of adam and gaia.)


If you'll excuse me getting philosophical, I think that at its core what impregnation (in porn) is about is control/conquering. Pregnancy should be the proof, or reward, or peak of mastery over the woman being bred.

Breeding to that end, means it is about the next generation. Breeding is about owning not just the current girl but her/your grown up daughters. If not done with some type moral imperative(excuse) like last man alive or you end up being caster from game of thrones (really arousing but deeply cursed).


The best theoretical breeding game would be Rogue like evolution if it had pregnancy content and custom/genetic offspring that had their own personality that are interactable.

Man, I'd love to have a game that acknowledges the familial relationships of whatever you're breeding. Just fucking linebreeding your favorite male for a dozen generations and shit, sibling creatures addressing each other as such as they go for the creampie, a mom being bred by her son comparing his dick to his dad's, etc.

I don't actually like any of the breeding games that're inspired by Breeding Season despite loving breeding as a genre in porn games. They're all incredibly boring, it's just the same sex animations over and over again, and all of them are furry.

I prefer human breeding over furry stuff, would really love a better slave management and breeding game that focuses on impregnation and pregnancy; one of the few things I've always wanted is the ability to artificially inseminate characters, like you milk one male character, then get a tonne of women pregnant from that one male slave; or breeding orgies where you drug up the men and let them get to it, but it's always the same pair x and y up, play animation, done, RNG got lucky? No? Repeat.

None of the games have any imagination, it's always the same repetitive cliches.
