Believable characters and scenarios. The challenge and reward of corruption is in developing people, relationships and situations, after all. They don't even have to go by Earth logic (Alien Space Bats, anyone?), but they do need to be internally consistent and well-rounded. At its best, "corruption" can be highly relatable as a journey of discovering and exploring sex and sexuality, so add "relatability" as a bonus to the above. This applies to adolescents and adults alike, which I'm mentioning because the game has a school-type setting.
I do look for specific kinks that I enjoy, but I have also very much enjoyed others writing about what they enjoy. You don't know what you don't know (turns you on)! Mind control specifically is something that I warmed up to later through games, because it was never very exciting to read about or watch, but it became extremely fun to roleplay. It slots right into power play, and can bypass elaborate roles and setups.
Finally, I should mention that games do need stand-out art these days to catch my eye. Too many generic toys on the market. Doesn't even need to be high-def, just different from the pack.
