That's a funny way to put it dude..... but your terminology is way off. As said multiple times already the term 'thrid person' should really only apply to writing (first person for an I novel, third person if you narrate other events)

In visual arts either you have a POV, meaning the picture is taken from the point of view of the doer, or non-pov

Now, I'm going off topic...I understand your point was mainly about games... but even in that context it's not so hard to set up a camera to film you while you have sex (a lot of porn is done without cameramen now) so I still think it's a bit of an extreme statement.... Even in a game, you can be photographed while you have sex.
