I keep forgetting that the bathroom is a separate thing. The .duf I was using has the bathroom incorporated already, but you are right, it's a separate product. My comment about the neglected tub still stands though.

The fact that I read this and immediately thought "there is a tub in that bathroom?!" kinda shows how under-used that thing really is I almost hope you are lying, cause I don't think I have ever seen it.

The render I shared is from Babysitter. That's the only time I've seen the tub used...

That's not to say that someone else hasn't put it to use, I've just never seen it used in any other game I've downloaded.

I am wondering, and your comment is perfect to ask this : According to the screenshots on the assets section, most of the props in the rooms assets seem independents (it's not a single meshes ensemble with, let's say some lamp modeled directly on top of the nightstand). Which mean that you/they can also at least rearrange a little the room to make it not feel like every single other ones, am I right ?

Some enviroments have furniture as one file and one object. So you cannot rearange it.

You most definitely can using the geometry editor. You can separate any object from the group it is in, then move it, delete it, whatever you want.

I think that the same 5 or 6 homes, plus interiors, get used over and over again. There doesn't appear to be a lot of "modest lower to middle income residence" props out there. Everything is 2500+ square feet. Ironically, a lot of these mini mansions have only 1 bathroom!
