I think that's by an artist going by Alexi. Pretty sure they're Japanese, and I don't have any more info than that about the artist, except that he shows up pretty often in those monster girl games with a bunch of different artists. Tends to draw small girls with gigantic breasts doing paizuri. However, to find the specific game...
