What games do you play? (non adult ones)

I think there's plenty of topics where people share and discuss their favourite adult games but I couldn't find one for the "normal" titles.
I'm sure there are plenty of games we would love if we only knew they existed. Therefore please share some of your beloved ones in here with some simple description.

Here is my personal favourite

• Counter-Strike - A multiplayer FPS where one team plays as the terrorists and the other one as antiterrorists. I guess we all know how it works here. The teams need to either kill all players of the opposing team or complete the objective of defusing/exploding the bomb. There are also casual modes like rescue the hostage, gun game, deathmatch, flying scoutsman, demolition, etc. Community made servers offer even higher variety of modes and solutions so everyone can find something fun as long as the game being a first person one isn't the main issue.
  
  If you're a talented artist or a mapper then you can even earn money out of the game by simple creating something and submitting it into the workshop. If the developers like it, they will pay you for being able to use it as something official in the game. And even if you aren't one, you can still make good money by buying different items and selling later on. Obviously investments require some market knowledge but it really isn't rocket science.
  
  So far I've been playing it for about 10 years now and don't plan on stopping. Why? I can't really explain, It's one of those games that are easy to play but hard to master and there's always something happening around it.

Mostly Paradox strategy games and online shooters/vehicle combat pvp games. I don't like shooters with very fast TTK though, especially if they make you wait before fighting again. Been playing World of Warships for years, anyone wants a referral with some goodies, let me know.

Hi fi Rush is an amazing game, amazing soudtrack, gameplay, style, everything.
BattleBit also a really good game if you like the genre.

My favourite game of all time is Yume Nikki. I also love some YN's fangames like Cerasus, Amillusion and 2kki. Besides that, I am a great fan of other horror RPGs like Mad Father, Ib, Misao and such. Other favourites are Rule of Rose and Clock Tower II. I also adore early Touhou games.

This game is based on forgotten realms, my favorite fantasy universe.
And also doesn't need a lot of focus or indeed... money, not something you can say about most online games.
This allows me to read my manga at the same time, and even play games i find here.

I play a bit of everything, but nowadays, it's mostly sandbox games, since i don't have much time to play, unfortunately. Basically, any game that allows me to just goof off without much care for story, grind or any of that busy stuff. Fighting games, RTS, FPS, racing games, survival games, level-builders, randomizers, and just about any game that has a sandboxy feel to it in general.

I might still play a game that has a storyline, as long as it's not the main focus, like Grand Theft Auto, for example, were the story can take a backseat anytime i want it to

I play all kinds, but Nintendo is my favorite, plus JRPGs in general. I'm replaying Paper Mario yet again, but also some Falcom games like Gurumin.

I enjoy RPGs especially those with lots of player choice and customizable characters like Pillars of Eternity or Fallout: New Vegas. Currently the two games I'm most looking forward to are Avowed and Starfield. Baldur's Gate 3 is also coming out very soon but I'm less sure about that one.

I also enjoy crafting/production games such as games about automation like Factorio or Satisfactory or games about agriculture like Stardew Valley or Immortal Life.

I enjoy the occasional shooter like Wolfenstein or a games about piloting a combat vehicle such as Ace Combat 7 and Project Wingman.

There are also a few non-H Visual Novels I like such as Analogue: A Hate Story. Would also recommend the yuri VN Heart of the Woods for mainly non-H reasons even though there is a H patch that adds like just 2 scenes.
