Well, then all the other games with loli/shota content should be deleted, can't pick favorites, we can have them all, or none at all, there's a lot of games with characters with the same body type, or even smaller than the ones in the last update, and they're still up.
I'd compare it to a similar situation with the insexual awakening game, it's sequel is banned and the original's thread is locked for preservation purposes and to reduce discussion of it.

As has been pointed out in many of the other threads like this one, the rules are there to try accommodate as many members as possible AND keep the site and community safe.

This is NOT and has NEVER been the ONLY place for that type of content and taking an all or nothing approach when there are clearly MANY other options available shows a clear lack of regard for the community.

You know that people who don't like the content can just ignore it, instead of ruining the fun for everyone else, right? Or is fake outrage because of fiction 100% necessary?

You know that people who don't like content can also put the site at risk if the wrong content is up, right?

Or is fake outrage because of fiction 100% necessary?
I don't know, why don't you ask the owners of sites that have been taken down before?

Some people can't separate fantasy and reality, that IS a reality and the world we live in.

There are many other sites willing to take the risk and those looking for that type of content can get it there!

this isn't about thinking of the children. this is to let the content be here in scope that won't get anti-pedo police to shut the site down (as evaluated by the staff who are the ones who would be hit by it and not random nobodies' views or legal advices on the topic).

The site would only be shut down if it's hosted in a shithole country that makes fictional stuff illegal, which probably isnt, because it would've been shut down the moment the first "illegal" game was posted, so yeah, it's fake outrage because of fiction.

Is this your expert opinion based on your law degree, years of experience working with these kinds of cases or your knee jerk reaction based on your opinion, lack of knowledge of past factual events and an apparent narrow world view?

Perhaps before commenting, take the information you've been given and look into it?

The official reason for Rule7:
It's a legal issue that ties into the survival of the website. Here are 3 very compelling reasons -
1
- We're trying to stay on the right side of the businesses who provide the hosting and server space. They have laws to follow just like we do. So we are trying to do the best we can with providing the game we can but still "stay under the radar". Problem is, once it starts getting too extreme like young realistic sexual content, then those businesses will refuse to host us or provide servers.
2- The younger content brings in "undesirables" (pedophiles and others) from the deep web and elsewhere who often are being tracked by law enforcement.. that's bad for us in 2 ways.. those "undesirables" often bring some nastier content with them and the law is now going to scrutinize the site. Again, really bad.. The hosters/servers will drop us in a second if we bring in the law.
3- That content will NOT go unnoticed by hacktivists who won't hesitate to flood this site and use tools to make our lives very very miserable.

Remember, if we trigger a NEGATIVE response from the hosts and/or servers, we have no website. NO F95Zone in other words.

The official reason for Rule7:
Thinking fictional content is going to bring actual pedophiles is a reach and hilarious, actual pedophiles "from the deep web" don't give a shit about fiction, they go after the real thing. And again, unless the site is hosted in a shithole country like the UK, Australia, New Zealand or any other country that treats fictional content like real stuff, it won't get shut down.

Of course, they don't care much about the fictional content, but believing that it will not bring them is being naive and ignorant.
It works by waves. At first will come the loli addicts, the real one, not the joke that come here. They'll start to post, and if possible flood, their best content. Then will come the seasoned p*d*shit, the one that limits to fantasy, and you'll starts to see real content slowly appearing in between the fictional one posted by the loli addicts. This until the moment that real content will be more present than the virtual one. And it's when the last wave will appear...

It happened in the past, and will happen in the future. The adult scene, gaming and comics, already lost many sites because of this, just because the mods were too lax, until it was too late. And "too late" is not a way to speak, they are worse than crabs, once they stick around they'll never leave.
The last site was lost just one and half year ago, or something like that. It should be possible to find the thread talking about it somewhere in that section, or perhaps in Off Topic.

So, it's you who stole my memory? You should be ashamed to rob elders ;)

But yeah, thanks, it's the last one in date... At least the last one big enough to not pass unnoticed.

Content (a game, image, video, story, animation, etc.) depicting nudity, sexualization or sexual/erotic activity involving prepubescent character(s) is prohibited. A "prepubescent character" is one that visually shows no sign of puberty, or if non-visual is otherwise clearly intended to represent a prepubescent character. 2D and 'unrealistic' depictions are generally looked upon more favorably. As this involves some discretion, if you are unsure ask a Staff Member.
  1. This includes translations, bug fixes, etc for banned content

I'm sorry, have you guys seriously been sitting on and in that thread for over 4 years and almost 800 pages and only now made this kind of call? When the content of said game hasn't changed in the slightest since release? Jesus christ, man. It took at least 37 updates for someone to notice, I guess. Well, that's the end of that I guess. Go figure. Hopefully you guys amp up the scrutiny on these games then, yeah? Since 3.1 seemed to be so hot-button.

That already happened, and nothing happened in the thread. Game wasn't banned, rules weren't enforced (as far as I saw), people just made fun of them (me included iirc) and they eventually stopped.

I genuinely can't think of any reason moderators would wait until 0.3.1 to enforce such a rule when Callum has been a Very Obvious Shota for 4 years and Anna has been a Very Obvious Loli for just as long. I feel like after a certain period of time when a thread avoids the Hammer Of Justice that, at that point, you might as well not even fucking bother, because then people are going to scrutinize how you handle the rules from now on to make sure you aren't pulling something like that again.

Anna has decent sized boobs and pretty wide hips and thus isn't a prepubescent character, so Rule7 doesn't even apply here.
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

The ban is because of a new character in that updated that looks much much younger than all the other ones.

I posted this earlier in the thread, but here again:

Okay, y'know what, fair enough. Even though there was another character released like, two or three major updates back that had the same body type and nothing happened then. What was her name again? I think she released alongside that one dark-skinned girl with the long straight hair. I'm bad with names.

Haven't played this game for a loooong time, pornRPGs are often too much of a walking simulater for me.

Uploaders and staff don't check every new update for new content or tags, they rely on users to report them. That's why sometimes stuff will slip through, until somebody reports it or the staff stumbles on it for some reason.

Over half a year ago some other game (DAZ Ren'py) got banned, because the newest update introduced a, if I remember correctly, ~8 year old LI. Don't remember the game tho, but it was a popular one.
This was also only discovered because it was reported.

You're so offended by your lolis disappearing, that you don't even took the time to understand that I don't talk about the game, nor even about a game, but address a global issue. This is even more ridiculous than what I describe (posting image clearly unrelated to the game) would be off topic in a game thread, and therefore not stay long enough to reach the "second wave" step.

I was implicitly addressing something like what was happening in the one of the Illusion cards thread, where mods had to regularly delete dozens of obvious pre-pubescent content content, until the thread was purely nuked.

This while I can think about 19,425 ones, the number of games available and that, obviously, mods can't all play start to end, especially update after update.

Whilst agree that making the characters look like kids is extremely fucked up and should indeed be removed, there are still a few on here which are like that and worse. Some even allow the gamer to change the age which to me is even more fucked up.

Strawman argument. I don't give a damn about the lolis. I'll look past it, since I believe you aren't doing it in a mean-spirited way.

I don't talk about the game, nor even about a game, but address a global issue.
I wasn't aware of that, since it was in discussion about a game whose thread literally went through that. I had assumed it was in relation, forgive me for the confusion.

I was implicitly addressing something like what was happening in the one of the Illusion cards thread, where mods had to regularly delete dozens of obvious pre-pubescent content content, until the thread was purely nuked.
Just allowing Illusion cards in a thread to begin with was a bad idea. There's already multiple sites for storing that content anyway. Hopefully something like that doesn't happen again.

Uploaders and staff don't check every new update for new content or tags, they rely on users to report them.
No one reported DLoMC for 4 years? Not one person, during any update? I can understand that moderators are human beings and can't scan through everything, that might have been a mistake to assume on my part the opposite and I apologize, but I fail to believe not a single person saw the thread and thought "Isn't it kinda weird that this new character looks like a kid?".

Whatever the case may be, it's pretty obvious that I'm yelling at things I don't need to be yelling at. As Hagatagar showed, I already saw the reason, and it's pretty solid. I don't have a reason to argue anymore past this; just wanted to reply to people who replied to me before I checked the thread again. Sorry for the argument and sorry to the mods for getting in a tizzy. Maybe the drinks I had today took the edge off or something. Cheers.
