What is "always dash and command remember" in RPGM game settings?

What will affect if I turn on/off these options in settings? unfortunately, I couldn't notice any changes..!!

Always dash = Toggles walking vs running. You don't have to hold the Shift key to run.

Remember Command = Toggles the default action during combat. It remembers the last attack command and defaults to it in the next round of combat.
