I tested your sav and the time works fine. Taking the bus doesn't move time. napping, most sexual activities, sleeping moves time forward. Also changelog and side quests work as they are supposed to be

Are there compressed games?
I played online version and ran into Hank pregnancy bug which causes gameplay problems. Like, game will not know if you are pregnant or not. You can't use a test strip, or pregnancy won't advance.
Some parts of the game were bothering me, is Emma a robot I played to point where she is getting she think it's possible.
She fails to think beyond emotions, and can't just gun down agents she has do exotic battle tech, which makes me think she can't accessorize other weapons? She has given handgun, shot gun and sword is all she has given. What happened, other weapons. She could use fists?
Same sort sex style don't upgrade: should, could freeze the breakfast time and have sex with dad, freeze time at uncle, have sex with him without realizing she was there.
