If you mean big in terms of disk space...
With mods it's pretty sure Skyrim. Without it would be Custom Maid + Custom Order Maid combination which both add to a whopping 155 GB.
If you meant big in terms of time for playthrough there are many JRPGs which require 60+ hours to play through.

A lot of Japanese VN's can clock in at 50+ hours but there are also adult RPG's like Bunny Black, Evenicle, Beat Blades, Eien no Aselia, Yumina the Ethereal and many, many more than can have hundreds of hours of content.
Couldn't tell you which has the most, i've spent countless hours lost in some of those RPG's.
