Pretty sure it was text based, but could have been renpy or unity because I seem to remember some character images and background images.
You started in a cave I think, and the game opens up with a ton of world building about Gods or something.
I remember you could create your character male or female, and perhaps even follow/walk the path of the god of your choice.
I also recall two of the first locations you can reach are a field to fight Goblins, and a pretty large city with a lot of shit you could (maybe?) do.
To enter the city you had to do something with the guard? Like maybe, he tries to sexually harass you or something. I think I ended up entering the city naked.
This may be from an entirely different game, but I seem to remember that there were multiple Gods, but these Gods were originally mortals who had killed the previous God taking their place or something like that.
