What is your favorite implementation of a sex mechanic in a multiplayer game and what would you like to see?

I like the idea of healslutting (yes, it's a thing outside of that one VN), but I haven't really tried it and it's probably not something you wanna attempt out of the blue in a MMO when playing with random players who are potentially kids. I don't even know what role I'd play, I normally just like to watch characters interact.

First paragraph does that. Basically the player who is in the designated support role for their group in a MMORPG acts as the party's sexual relief or otherwise acts submissively.

Thanks. I think with the additional tank/dps slut/dom aspects you're onto something as this for me makes the sex even more integral to the gameplay which I wanted to do as I find the sex in even sex games are highly segmented from the core gameplay.
