Is it HoneySelect? Not bad at all.

Venous web might become annoying if you have too much images where the veins are too obvious. I'd recommend to make them less exaggerated. Though, it still looks good for a few renders.

I like it too. Same thoughts about the veins but I guess it was intentional and personal preferences. Looks very realistic tho.
