What kind of content is not allowed on steam?

I'm from Germany and can't view adult games on steam without using a vpn or steamdb, so it's a bit harder for me to judge what's allowed a popular.
(I can still sell my games, as it's only the lacking consumer age verification blocking it, right?)

As far as I know, incest and underage content isn't allowed - even when it's a "500 year old witch".

What about mythical creatures and similar? Is there any clear line that you can't cross for character designs? Things like mermaids, ghosts, fairies or medusa.

incest is allowed. furry and monster stuff too. most stuff is allowed. underage no, and too violently rapey games or controversial shit like school shooting simulators have been banned but that's about it
