F95Zone forum users are not representative of the general population. We generally have higher standards and more niche tastes.

You should also try to carve out which market you want to attack early in development. Some people will tell you to only do what your heart desires, but there is always a proper balance between appeasing the market and creating what you enjoy.

Can you point me to some of the other communities as well? a link is enough, I appreciate it.

I meant in comparison to the general consumer base, who are mostly using dlsite, Steam, and the like.

There is no other forum I'm aware of that's near the scale of F95Zone. The only other place I frequent is 5ch which is Japanese only. There used to be a greater variety of Western forums back in the day (Legend of Krystal forums for instance) but they have mostly died off and moved to Discord servers.

I get what your saying, I might go with the Korean culture since the art style does have that appeal and the way the characters look are gonna be more Korean in general but not in the way you might think.

I'll keep that in mind, I do have a friend who's more involved and knows more about the different platforms but I'm still waiting on him to get back to me xD

I don't need money what I need is to get away from the gaming industry xD I want to be able to shift my career from working on normal games to erotic games.

In a way it is needing money but a bit different, I do hope that I'll be able to achieve it in a couple of years.
