Meh seen a lot of middle ages settings but how about a game talking about a male student in an all female magic school like Beauxbatons from Harry Potter? I have already wrote some of the story and a timeline and came up with an interesting idea where for every 10 female student called Harlot there is 1 student called Triton that fucks them all as they are his team for the year and the player compete against 3 other houses the Celtic house, Germanic house and a slavic house. The player would be in the Mediterranean house. I'm telling you this game could have a lot of fans if made correctly with the added benefit of midpoly graphics so it can run on all devices and height quality 3d renders for talking with characters or having sex.

I know some people like complex settings with a lot of characters - plots and subplots - even I at times partake in this liking - but it's most often not in a porn related domain.
