until now i couldn't complete single Japanese game
because
1- the game force me to read more than 1000 word or more in just one image
2- the lake of choices is boring i don't feel that i'am controlling anything
3- there are no H-scene animation
(but the story is perfect which is not available in patreon dev games)
my favorite J-games
-school Days ((fully animated-adult scenes -multiple choices and endings ))

You are talking about Japanese VN's. That is quite a bit different then talking about Japanese games in general. Anyway, the top 2 points that you are mentioning are typical for VN's. So the fact that you don't like to read much or don't want to have many choices in your games means that you should look elsewhere then the typical VN. The no H-scene part is just that you choose the wrong VN's to read. Most VN's on here have h-scene, either soon or later in the game (read the tags and look at the tags in VNDB).

And School Days, well there you mention a game. This VN, which it still is, is outside of the norm and a special case on its own (the extreme bad endings also contribute to that). If you are looking for something similiar you are in for dissapointment.

tl;dr If you don't like reading to much stay away from VN's.

Until the explosion of western developed H games that started a few years ago*, we were kind of stuck with Japanese Eroge games, and yes, the vast majority are shovelware visual novels like you're describing. A Japanese game has to do something special to hold my attention anymore. Either with outstanding art (the guy who did the art for Starless has done a few games) or an interesting story like Cartagra (Japanese slice of life puts me to sleep) or actual gameplay of some sort.

In VNDB, well good luck finding a non-vn game there (since the name refers to Visual Novel Data Base..xD). Well honestly japanese h-games that are non-vn don't surface that much. If they do they will probably appear here at some point as well. If you are looking for japanese non-h-games then i would refer you to steam. In the past, two/three years there has been an inflow off japanese games (mostly ported and mostly older), still those games are really good. But anyway, like i said, japanese h-games rarely get translated in general, due to the complexety of those games and the to small of a market. Although Illusion has alot of translated games which can be found here and around the web.

1 and 3 are typical of Japanese VNs, so nothing you can do about it, but 2 depends on the game, some offer a lot of choices, some even too many to play without a guide (Kara no Shoujo).

For me animations are not that big of a deal, I'll not at them a few seconds more than I would at a still image, the texts are what keeps the sex scenes long. The problem comes because CGs are expensive and making too much for each scene costs too much time/money for your average game.

I quite fond of their VNs, because above being good porn, some have great stories that would be worth the read even if without the sex. In fact, my favorite VNs have minimal H content in comparison with the plot.

My biggest problem after going through the top novels and starting picking less acclaimed ones is the generic and bland scenarios and characters, there's always a school a MC who is utterly average and inoffensive because it's "relatable" and probably will discover he has abilities that make him super cool without effort because or power fantasy.

Pretty much, but I was not talking about exchange, the CGs are expensive period. Don't quote me on this but I read that VNs cost somewhere around 1000 dollars/h.

I wanna address some things you mention about:-
1- The japanese language is like that, the letters(or kanji as you might call it) corresponds to words so,yeah you're gonna see a lot of it,one thing i've noticed is that japanese visual novels tends to write their character dialogues or images with more context unlike western vn where they just say whatever they want without any explanation whatsoever.Japanese developers want their readers to be more thorough and prepared for the story so they might enjoy the meaning of their games.
2-What are you talking about? Since when does japanese vn has lack of choices??? Lots i mean lots of games have choices in them one way or another, some games might not have as they have linear story(they want you to have only one endings) while others have many choices which corresponds to heroine routes of the games.
3-There are no H-scene animation??? I can say literally hundreds of japanese games that have h-scenes in them. You gotta broaden that internet use of yours dude.

EDIT:-Since i haven't answered the OP's question,so i'm gonna do now,Yes! I definitely love Japanese games(although they maybe quirky or extremely weird at worst but still they got enough goodness to not hate them.

you misunderstand me
i tried western adult games and Japanese too
the Japanese games has more deep story and the western don't have any story
i couldn't call it story its just like i am playing porn x porn x porn
i was playing harem villa the game is shit more than you think
the story make all the character want to fuck me like they are whores or something and i don't like that
you already mentioned some games for me before if you remember
but i still didn't finished J-games called (KanaOkaeri/kana my little sister) the game is already here is this site
because the game about incest i cannot abandon it specially the story awesome
but i have been playing for more than 4 hours without any animation and only a lot of words with only 5 image
do you get me 4 hours playing and only 4 images should i read a book better
or i have a problem choosing the right game

Well such is a case of mine too, sadly my friend, i've recently got steins;gate 0 and completed only 2 routes,it is like my work is getting in the way of my playing time, exams are in the corner and such obstacles are impeding me to finish some really cool games i have.I haven't even completed even 10% of conception 2 i bought last year!! kana is really a heart wrenching game,if you got weak heart then i would not recommend playing it.It really broke my heart:test2::test2:.It is a kind of game that has you know emphasis more on story than on images like tsukihime,so my bet is on that you got wrong game. Try steins;gate,it has more images than kana and got some really mind screwing time travel theme to boot!
It has six endings with 5 heroine routes and one true ending route. You will not be bored unless you really hate sci fi.

my exams are very soon too but i can manage sometime to play as well
and its just a college not a big deal :D
about (kana my little sister)
i am attached to the story cannot abandon it easily despite there is no adequate images or H-scene
but its the only game i found that focus on the one girl i like when the game focusing on topic like that
second thing i played a lot of the game and until now there is no incest
i only played it because i wanted a deep story about incest romance
i am glad you played it so you can tell me if it will focus on incest or not
i am glad too that i have found some one really active here that can answer my question quickly

edited : why there is so little choices in kana my little sister
-and i searched for your game and didn't find the game you mentioned in this site (is your game deep in story and is there any animation )
because i just finished an anime somebody suggested to me about incest
and it was loss of time don't try it the anime name was(OreImo/ My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute)

I really cant stand them. Its a shame that the majority of games on here are Japanese, especially if they have the completed tag.

1) Characters names are just so foreign. What was him name again? Makoto, oh okay then.

2) Culture is different. One game even though the character was going through some major vampire shit, he still didnt miss a single day of school despite prowling around all night. Japanese school is a version of hell where you are worked to the brim doing pointless busy work to compete in a ranking system displayed publically for top grades.

3) Seduction and romance just dont feel right. Once again different culture. This is the same culture that brought us groping strangers on a train and women enjoying it secretly..

Some are great but some are complete garbage.

You get the obvious ones. A woman set out to do something and ends up getting raped by various monsters and bandits. Far too many of those.

Japanese VN's also have that one thing that pisses me off more than anything else when I read a story ... stuttering idiots.

You get an MC in love with a girl but stutters like fuck every time he's near her while she looks at him like he's a prick but still ends up falling for him because logic. Or they both end up stuttering idiots and it takes all VN for them to have a conversation. Those are always fun to skip through.

Mentioned this already today but nose bleeds. I read a lot of VN's and Japanese ones, and western ones with obvious Japanese influence, have a lot of nose bleeds around semi naked/naked women. Nothing is more of a turn off than getting to an erotic scene to be faced with "and my nose started gushing blood" .... fucking why... just stop it.

The biggest problem for me is a lot of Japanese VN's have some great characters but shit MC's ruin them.

TL;DR I don't like rape or stupidity so there are very few Japanese games I actually enjoy.

I just ignore any that aren't translated and I don't bother with any that are censored and that seems like most of them.

if you are talking about romance
i find the Japanese romance more deeper and better than western romance (western games doesnt even contain romance )
romance not just have sex as they present in games and movies
it should be deeper sensation you will not understand me unless you watch a real romance by yourself and not american romance try other culture like Indian romance
the only game that at least contain some romance is DMD

it would be great
