Hi! I was searching for a game (iirc its a RPGM) that the story is: You have a "disease" that gives you problems if you don't cum, then your gal / gyaru friend appears and "helps" you. The game is basically you getting more stats and more money to pay her to help you till she falls for you. It also has a funny ng+ mechanic that instead you carrying over everything the world itself reverses to the past and only you remember it (theres also an ending where the girl remembers too). For some reason i didnt find it here in F95 and i have no clue what the name would be, any help appreciated <3
