Where is the review button?

I want to write a game review. But somehow I cannot find the review button.

Have new reviews been disabled since the website update a month ago?

Ok it just hit me that by simply clicking on the 5 stars (for voting) brings up the review window.
Problem solved.

Top-right corner of any thread, there are 5 stars. You need to click on that.

OMG. ...I though this was part of the image What an incredibly idiotic way to hide the review button. This hidden on purpose.
