Where should I post questions ?

Hey everyone, I had a question about Mods for AI Shoujo, and I'm unsure where to post.

When I clicked on the Games forum or the Mods forum I noticed all the post are of the games themselves and no one asking questions and I didn't think I should post in one of those. Can I or is this the place or did I miss it all together?
