Where to announce a complete translation of a game?

If its a Non-English game that was translated to English then it can be made a new game thread. If its a translation of a English game to something else it goes here

It's a Non-English game (Japanese) and the translation was to English. I've looked at Adult games>Games but it seems that I have insufficient privileges to post there.

Either in translations (the other one) or games request. If the game has a translation request you could just post a link there, let people test it out first. Only staff can make a thread in the games section.
