Where to find how much privilege to post a game

Hello, Fellow developers.

I'm exciting to share my first tiny Alpha 0.01 demo with this site.
I have read the rules/ and uploading rules, but where can i see the privilege rules to post my own game-demo??

So i should first upload to 3 servers, and then i have the privilege ??
Because now i can not even upload the template..

You don't create a thread in the Games forum, but in Game Requests, everyone can post there.

I only have some troubles with placing the thumbnails the correct way (as you can see)
