There were a bunch of 8/16 bit games made, but the concept of a gender-swapping martial artist with a huge chip on his shoulder and an ever-growing harem was more or less made for porn.

I'll agree with Ranma, but what you're suggesting is limited. Playing as an established MC isn't very much fun, but if you could play as a Custom or Rival Character with a goal to feminize Ranma and Steal his harem would be more "Porn Parody". There is a reason most Porn Parody games avoid making the Real MC the main character of their creation unless the main theme is NTR.

I think Death Note would make an interesting backdrop for an RPG eroge. Instead of killing people with the note, you can force them to do lewd actions. The gameplay loop could involve sexing as many women as possible before getting caught, measuring risk vs. reward for every situation, covering your tracks. The plot could basically be along the lines of Inseminator where the player's new reason for existence is to create as many offspring as possible.

Ngl that is a pretty good premise. Though Idk if there are that many women characters in DN, I only seen a few episodes

Yeah there really are not too many. It would probably function best as a game with randomly-generated characters anyway though.
