A but it doesn't have anything to do with the model.
The lighting feels more natural in A. Also the expression in A is a little more natural.
Take my opinion with a few kgs of salt, I don't know much about lighting and renders etc.

Lighting in both pics looks a little weird.

Lighting in A seems a little too dark. Almost as if the character is at the far end of a large room that's only fully lit up on one side instead of having a light in the middle of the ceiling like most rooms in a house.

Lighting in b seems like the character is right next to a lightbulb.

I can see there's a slight change in skin tone, but other than that I'm struggling to notice any differences in the model used.
So both?
Neither?

Probably B, but only because I prefer brighter lighting over darker shadows.

A by a margin. However, it's dark enough to make you think the person has a bad complexion. B looks generic because the uniform lighting reintroduces the flat face problem that many games suffer from. The materials look high-res, but the skin may be missing something. The nose or brow of the model looks peculiar, so it's strange that B ends up looking generic. I guess B would be better if the lightning was more natural.
