I played this game several months back. There's a college/school setting. MC is a guy, he's able to seduce a teacher, later sneaks into Principal's home with her. We see Principal indulging into lesbian sex with another teacher. Here the MC fucks her teacher again taking advantage of the situation.

The one I'm talking about has multiple teachers and rivalry amoung them too. MC and her teacher follow a rival teacher to principal's mansion where they see them indulging into lesbo. Here MC takes advantage of her teacher and starts to bang her. She remains quiet to avoid getting caught.
