I really don't see why or how the camera perspective would directly and objectively interfere with my experience in a specific setting, regardless of technical issues (such as Melee Fighting in first person for Medieval/Fantasy Settings) i really don't think about the relation between the player perspective and the scenario that much...

But anyway, since you are asking for an adult game, I suppose that you should go with either sci-fi or medieval I guess.

In regards to the voting I think you should open up multiple voting.
I for example would enjoy medieval or steampunk about the same. I would like to vote for both, in detriment of the other genres that I do not like as much.
In regards to the story, while I believe that you can write a story in any setting, I don't think all the stories will be as interesting or of the same quality. It is clear that is some settings speak more to you, you would also be more inspired by them and write better scenarios/dialogues for them.
I would recommend trimming the choices down for what really inspires you and go from there with the votes, maybe.

i will take part of your advice, and now you can pick 2 options. About the story, I am actor and theater director. So telling stories is my life. I will enjoin anyone. =)

Even the best writers have preferred settings and styles :). So you can be whatever you want, you will not convince me that you are just as good at any setting. Maybe you think you are but I assure you: you are not, because no one is.

get your point. lucky for me, i won't be alone doing the game =) there are other 2 working with me. and I’m sure we will do some mistakes. but I hope we fix them, learn from all of you. and give a nice adult game with an interesting gameplay.

I can't get into fantasy/sci-fi porn games. I need to feel connected to the protag to make the experience much more real. I just can't do that with those other genres. I also don't usually like mind control/magic type plot devices either for that same reason. I need to feel it is the wits/charm/humor/sex appeal of the protag that gets those juices flowing.
