Invisibility - Rapey and people would realize at some point and you'd definitely make the news eventually.
Mind Control - Can be appealing depending on the mechanics but it can become boring very quickly to turn people into puppets.
Time Stop - Never saw the appeal, it always seemed very weird and uncomfortable. Huge turn off if people are still conscious during the stop.
Shapeshifting - Decent one, I see the appeal but I wouldn't like to change myself too much.
X-Ray - Kind of pointless except for seeing people naked (or their bone structures if you're weird) which you would eventually with any other power.
Mind Reading - Cool outside of perverted stuff but with women it would feel like playing Minesweeper: you can still fuck up but at least you know how close you are XD
Posession - I find this one quite appealing especially if it works by splitting yourself and retain your original body.
Overall I would go with Pheromones or some kind of Perception Manipulation / Mind Control where you can change how people perceive you rather than controling their actions.

It's "Pure Observation" that does not pollute the scenes and interactions to disturb their natural reactions.

Compared to that Mind Control even if you can get a girl naked it would be nothing more than a puppet you control.
Ok, when you put it like that I guess I can see the appeal of it. I think it would be quite fun to have some kind of overseer ability that will allow you to see anything anywhere without being limited by your phisical location and visual range.
As for mind control I also agree with the puppet thing which is why I mentioned that I would prefer some kind of perception manipulation. Rather than saying "You do this THING for me" it would work more like "You now see me as a person you would naturally do this THING for". As for the when and how it is up to the target, basically you would insert yourself into that "natural habitat" you mentioned and have the possibility of not disrupting it too much if you don't want to.
I think with a lot of the superpowers it's hard to really make an engaging story because some of the superpowers are so strong that relationship and story don't matter. If you can mind control someone then that's all you need. Personally, I find that boring unless there are severe limitations on the powers. So if I had to pick one I would probably have to go with one of the weaker ones like invisibility.
