Hi still new at this and i would like your opinions, if you had to choose which one would you chose ?

Top image looks better but, without being a DAZ expert, it seems like it only looks better because it ignores shadows and others due to the lights/settings.
Yeah because it looks better than the other one but that doesn't mean no shadow is better. There is an issue with lighting in that scene, hence the shadows are not casted properly on 2nd pic. On 1st pic there is a filter applied probably and that takes the shadow effect away.

Besides the fact that I personally don't care about realistic graphics and not seeing a blanket's shadow won't make me any less aroused, I'd prefer if the top image also had shadows while keeping that same grade/kind of lights, but it's clearly not the case so yeah, top image.
There must be a psychological effect going on where most people will tend to prefer a brighter picture.
