Which software to choose for 3D character creation

Hey,

I've got some experience with 3D modelling, but I am new to (adult) game developing. If people know good tutorials or sites to learn and recommendations for which software to use, it would mean to world to me.
I am currently experimenting and taking courses on Unity and Blender, while drawing the basic figures with clip studio / photoshop.
Is this a good combination of softwares?
I am also practicing drawing, but it would probably take me years to create anything worth presenting, with the state of my current drawing skills.

To make my request simpler. Which softwares probably were used to create these game characters:

Pretty much all the models in the games you linked can be made with a combination of

which you probably won't need at all but throwing it in here just in case.
