I love this one! When I run it, though, it works fine, but no pictures show up - any ideas on how to fix?
Yep, downloaded the pack - pics are in the folders, they just don't show up in the game.
Figured it out - had the folders set wrong. I forgot that the Characters folder goes inside the Resources folder. Working fine now!
Uh, this brings back memories. I'd love to play the EX version actually, but most of the girlpacks for that version are down, and nobody bothers to reup them anymore. Of course I might try with the normal ones, but afaik they unbalance the game. If someone around here still has something (other than the lurker pack) I'd be very glad if they could create a mega\torrent with them.
This feels like the discount version of popular game : Slavemaker. Both games are free but you know what I mean by "discount"

I wouldn't call it discount version. It is more or less a different genre.
Slavemaker has far more story for each girl, so it is more an RPG kind of game where you interact with mostly 1 girl at a time.
Whoremaster is mostly a business simulation, with in the end hundreds of girls working for you at the same time in a huge number of different jobs in different buildings, while you hunt for crazy rare items in the catacombs and fight other AI gangs (sadly these gangwars are not very well simulated but it's ok for a free game).
The variety for the girls is huge if you take all existing traits and the large amount of existing items from the shop and catacombs into account.
It is also easier to create your own girls for Whoremaster, than it is for Slavemaker. So you can get your favourite anime character or comic super heroine or porn actress as bedwarmer or whatever you want to do with her.
I enjoy both games, depending what i want to play at the moment.

If I ever put my version into a pack, it would be the least popular version ever.
I have systematically removed all interracial images. I have also removed all images of scat and piss. I even went so far as to remove the *really really* bad fakes. Seriously, I even removed the black & white pictures. There are *literally* zero trans-anything pictures.
Can't get any of the girl packs to work. Game says it can't find any .rgirlsx files or theres a problem with them. All the girl pack download as .girlsx files though, not .rgirlsx. Even then, changing the file type to .rgirlsx just makes random characters assigned to the downloaded images.

rgirlx stands for random girl, so the behaviour is correct.
You need at least 1 random girl template, because the game creates random girls at certain events (as rewards for missions for example).
There are a number of random girl packs available in the original forum or you can just create one yourself
with the Character & Item Editor.
I thought there was an built in random girl template in the game, without pictures, for testing purposes but maybe i'm wrong or that doesn't work correctly sometimes.

Lurker's packs for Crazy and PP's mod is like 15 GB alone.
Also: You would be mixing art and actual pictures.
With no girlpacks, there are random girls with no images. When I add girlpacks, they simply don't appear in game, with the game showing the built-in imageless girls and saying there is an error with the .rgirlsx files and no inclusion of the girlpacks I've added. If I change the .girlsx of the girlpacks to .rgirlsx the images show, but attached to the random girls the game generates. The files are clearly in the right place if the images show as .rgirlsx, but trying to use them as intended as .girlsx files doesn't work.
