It is lazy writing if the guy is another black man. When you share kinks with other people, you can write your kink that have creative scenario. Since the recent NTR/Netorase couple games are literally copy paste, it is a lazy writing. It speaks of why should I care to write a new story when I can just copy the same theme from other devs and just change the looks of the characters. I feel like this is peak male trope where they think everything revolves around their penis. If their penis is not big enough, their wife or GF or whatever is going to find some random guy with a big dick and all is lost. They may not understand what makes a relationship work and how loyalty and love functions.
On the flip side of this though, delving into that side would make anything more lengthy, and probably significant more depressing.
By boiling it down to "man with bigger dick and usually a shitty personality wins over nice guy with tiny dick and wife is a bitch and weak man goes 'oh dear'" you make something more absurd that people can find kinky without being sad and depressed, so there is a layer of fantasy to keep the sexy high and the sad emotions low.

It's not creative laziness when that's the kink they're going for.
