If anything the tits are too small, there's a game, Max's Life, just couldn't get into it, but one of the women in it has huge tits, proper huge tits like Milena Velba, wish more games had tits like that.

You can start your own game, since you think its too easy. I feel insulted, when somebody calls programmers demented. I'm a gamedev too, and its a very demanding job.
PS: For me huge tits is a turnoff too, but I understand that every developer makes what he wants to see first. Because most of these games are made for their personal enjoyment and sometimes as a secondary source of income.
